We have our amazing 4 person shared student house on Alan Moss Road available for the 2026/2027 academic year!

Full house of four DOUBLE bedrooms to let to students from 1st July 2026 until 31st June 2027.

Each double room comes fully furnished including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There are locks on every bedroom door.

We include ALL bills in the price, including TV licence and 300mb internet as standard with JAF Lettings houses. We even allow pets!

The property comes with a fully furnished living room, fully fitted kitchen and fully tiled bathroom.

There is off-street parking for a car and a shed is also provided for bike storage. There is enough street parking for all tenants to bring a car.

This property is owned and managed by locally based firm JAF Lettings. We are a friendly and attentive bunch who look after our properties and tenants to the best of our ability.
